Once a vehicle is confirmed as available, it will be held for purchase based on the customer’s request. Availability may change without notice due to demand, supply chain factors, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices for vehicles and related products are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. The final price may include charges for additional services, upgrades, customizations, or delivery fees.

Payment options include:

• Cash Purchase: Full payment due at the time of vehicle delivery.
• Financing: We offer financing through trusted partners. Customers must provide necessary documents for credit approval. Loan terms vary based on creditworthiness and the financial institution’s policies.
• Leasing: Leasing options may be available depending on the vehicle selected. Terms and conditions will vary.

Down Payment: For financed or leased vehicles, a down payment is required, which will be determined based on the vehicle selected, financing terms, and credit history.

4. Sales Process

Upon selecting a vehicle, we will provide the customer with all relevant details, including the vehicle’s specifications, price, and delivery time. Order Confirmation: Once a purchase is confirmed, a sales agreement will be signed by both the customer and Sharp Edge CitEino. This document will outline the agreed-upon price, delivery date, and any additional options or services.

Deposits: A deposit may be required to confirm a purchase or order. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon. Any balance remaining after the deposit is due at the time of vehicle delivery.

5. Vehicle Delivery and Title Transfer

Delivery will be scheduled once full payment has been received, or financing/lease approval is confirmed. The customer will be notified of the delivery date, and the vehicle will be inspected for any damage or discrepancies before handover.

Title Transfer: Upon delivery, the title to the vehicle will be transferred to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle with the local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and obtaining appropriate insurance coverage.

If you are financing or leasing, the title may remain with the lender until the full balance is paid off.

6. Returns and Refunds
