We offer a comprehensive refund and returns policy designed to provide our customers with peace of mind when purchasing a luxury vehicle from Sharp Edge Citeino. Our policy covers both new and pre-owned vehicles. Please note that all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions and timeframes outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • New Vehicles: Returns of new vehicles are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the vehicle has not been driven beyond 100 miles from the original delivery location. The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, including all original documents, accessories, and packaging.

  • Pre-owned Vehicles: Returns of pre-owned vehicles are accepted within 7 days of purchase, with a limit of 100 miles driven. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was sold, with no alterations, damages, or additional wear and tear.

3. Returns Process

If you wish to return your vehicle, please contact our customer service team at info@sharpedgeciteino.com or call us at 925-372-9525. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with all necessary instructions.

To begin the return process, please provide the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • Vehicle identification number (VIN)
  • Reason for return
  • Any relevant photos or documentation (if applicable)

Once we have received your return request, we will schedule a time for you to bring the vehicle to our dealership. Upon arrival, our team will inspect the vehicle to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above.

4. Refunds

If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund in the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any non-refundable fees, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery charges
  • Inspection fees
  • Customization costs (if applicable)
  • Any damages caused by the customer

5. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Vehicles purchased after the 7-day return period
  • Vehicles with more than 100 miles driven from the original delivery
  • Vehicles that have been altered, customized, or damaged
  • Used or damaged accessories or merchandise
  • Special order vehicles or vehicles customized to your specifications

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you are interested in a different vehicle, we encourage you to explore our inventory for other available models. If you wish to switch to a different vehicle, a new purchase agreement and financing terms may apply.

7. Warranty and Service Policy

Our vehicles come with comprehensive manufacturer warranties. If you experience any issues with your vehicle after purchase, please reach out to us for warranty support. We are committed to providing top-notch customer service and will work closely with you to resolve any issues under warranty.

8. Limitations of Liability

Sharp Edge Citeino is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise during the process of returning a vehicle or after the purchase. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle and will not exceed this amount under any circumstances.

9. Exceptions

Sharp Edge Citeino reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Sharp Edge Citeino.

10. Changes to This Policy
